Refund Policy

At Ri Dearg Koons, we carefully match each kitten with the right forever home to ensure a lifelong, loving relationship. Due to the nature of pet sales, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Deposits and Payments

• A deposit secures your kitten and begins the adoption process.

• Deposits are non-refundable, even if you change your mind or circumstances prevent you from completing the adoption.

• The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to scheduled pick-up.

Health Guarantee Exceptions

• While we provide a comprehensive health guarantee for all kittens (see our Health Policy), refunds will not be issued for treatable conditions such as minor infections, parasites, or other preventable illnesses.

• Replacement kittens may be considered under the terms outlined in our Health Guarantee, but monetary refunds are not provided.

Adoption Responsibility

• Kittens are sold as pets only, with no breeding rights.

• Once a kitten is accepted by the buyer, they assume responsibility for its care, wellbeing, and veterinary needs.

We encourage all prospective families to thoroughly review our Kitten Policies, Health Guarantee, and Adoption Guidelines prior to placing a deposit. Our goal is to ensure a clear, smooth, and transparent adoption process for both our kittens and their future families.
